A Cycling trip





A Cycling trip


                Everybody needs to exercise so that don’t you try to ride a bicycle. This might help you if you want to get a little slimmer because it will make you sweat and burn your fats after you run for a quite some time. I tried it riding with a little difficult. The road I ran was rough with mud and little slopes ups and downs. The bicycle I am riding was just borrowed from my cousin to experience it again after a long time. My last biking ride was 2 years ago so this was so hard if you don’t do it regularly. After that biking my whole body ache because not doing it once in a while.
